Part of the Coffee Day Group, The Serai is a chain of luxury resorts that needed a digital presence revamp consistent with the unique experiences they were offering at their resorts.
Our Role:
We came on board as their very first digital agency, redesigning their website, reimagining their digital marketing and redeveloping their communication strategy across social media platforms

Our focus here was on simplifying and refining the customer journey. We developed each resort into a single page where the user could easily access all the information they needed in order to make a decision and proceed to bookings.

SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS
The second phase - which was undertaken parallelly - involved enhancement of SEO and building a better relationship with customers. The Serai currently ranks on the first page for all valuable key words with SEO. This ensured an 80% drop in spending for paid traffic since organic traffic was providing a promising number of sales and enquiries. In order to create a better relationship with both existing and new customers, we built The Serai Crest, from concept to technology, which has helped the brand achieve higher returns and referral rates.
