We’re looking for a talented and driven Social Media Manager to become a member of our core marketing team. Apart from being very familiar with multiple social media channels, we’re also looking for someone who has a strong understanding of branding and the limitations of each medium.

As Tiramisu is expanding, it’s important to us that we find an individual with an understanding and interest in creating unique digital experiences for the brands we manage to further their business objectives through intensive problem-solving skills.

Being a senior member at Tiramisu entails taking ownership and being capable of handling projects from conception to delivery in a self-sufficient, independent and timely manner. This role requires the manager to be able to think on their feet, take strategic decisions, be able to interface with clients, deliver quality work on time and add value to our clients by creating strong marketing strategies.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SMM in a digital agency.

• Strong understanding of various social media channels and current trends.
• Ability to come up with marketing strategies that are consistent with the brand values.
• Ability to create reports and come up with recommendations on an ongoing basis for brands.

SEO lies at the heart of Web Design and is one of our core offerings. As an SEO Specialist, you’ll be a core member of our marketing team. We’re looking for an individual with a holistic view on our brands to be able to craft nuanced and exciting digital experiences that further each brand’s specific business goals.

This role places you at a senior position at Tiramisu, and so requires the ability to take responsibility and ownership of projects, from conception to delivery, with both independence and team coordination. We’ll need you to think on your feet, take quick strategic decisions and be able to manage and maintain relationships with clients while ensuring that quality work is always delivered on time, and value is always added to our clients with strong marketing strategies.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO in a digital agency.

• Strong understanding of basics of SEO, keyword research, content strategies and reporting.
• Building long-term strategies and deriving short-term milestones from them with respect to building organic traffic to client websites.
• Create reports and come up with recommendations on an ongoing basis for brands.
